This landlord has a criminal conviction, stored items in the house without consent, let himself in and out of house and sent threatening messages. I did not want to be in a house where I was not safe! I asked for proof of bills which were never given to me. There are 2 other tennants that were in the same boat as me and they have been "named and shamed" on this also. Yo should be ashamed of yourself Colin kilgannon!!!!

ReplyDeleteI am surprised that you stayed for 7 months and left without paying your bills, when you did not feel safe in the house.
I dont know who the other 2 tennants are that you are referring to, where you sub letting???
It is good to see that you can communicate without using expletives, I thought you were a script writer for "Hells Kitchen"
